BOARDING INFORMATION

Vaccinations
(please read ALL vaccine information below)

*We do accept "Titer Test" that measure the concentration of antibodies in the blood- this helps avoid over vaccinating your pet.

*We do accept exemptions for certain situations and/or health concerns.

*New Client Form
*Boarding Waiver Form (We will email the waiver form once a reservation has been set)

1.) For new customers, complete the New Client Form.
After the New Client Form has been completed, you may text Rebecca at (479)866-5224 for any reservation requests and/or to arrange drop-off/pick-up appointments.
2.) After your dog has been approved and a reservation has been set, we will email you the
Waiver Form.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up
​
*DROP-OFFS AND PICK-UPS ARE BY APPOINTMENTS ONLY
*Once a reservation has been set, you will need to text Rebecca at (479)866-5224 at least by the evening before the arrival day to schedule your drop-off time. ​​When dropping off or picking up, feel free to park close to the door of the shop, as it makes it easier for unloading and loading.
Pets and belongings will be dropped off in the front check-in room.
We DO NOT allow customers to enter the kennel area. We work hard on keeping our guests happy and stress free - Seeing unfamiliar people walk in disrupts the dogs and causes stress to them and the new guests.
HOURS OF OPERATION
MONDAY - FRIDAY 7:30am - 6:00pm
SATURDAY 8:30am - 6:00pm
Any pick-ups after 1:00pm Monday-Saturday, a single fee of 18.00 will be applied to your total
(Not 18.00 per dog:)
SUNDAY 2:30pm - 5:30pm
​SUNDAY DROP-OFFS/PICK-UPS ARE ONLY FROM 2:30-5:30
(We are no longer accepting drop-offs or pick-ups on Sunday mornings)
(No Late fee of 18.00 is applied on Sundays)

Packing For Your Dog
FOOD
We ask that you please bring your pets food and treats, as this will help prevent any upset stomach issues during their stay with us. However, if you forget the food, we offer our house food for $3 dollars a day, per dog.
~PACKING FOOD FOR SHORTER VISITS~
ZIP-LOCK BAGGIES- For shorter visits, please measure the correct amount of food for each AM and PM feedings, and place food in zip-lock bags for each day.
~PACKING FOOD FOR LONGER VISITS~
SEALED CONTAINER or DOG FOOD BAG- For longer visits, multi-dog families, and/or dogs on different diets, there is no need to use the zip-lock baggie method... that would be TOO MUCH WORK! For longer visits, feel free to bring their food in containers that seal shut or the original bag of dog food with a strong clip to seal it off. ​We DO have a refrigerator for any food that should stay cold!

OTHER ITEMS
Feel free to pack your dogs bed, blanket, toys, and chew toys! LABEL as many items as you can! Please understand that sometimes these items may not come home in one piece! Toys very well may take a trip out to the play yard where they could be shaken or torn in a good game of tug of war!

*Plastic lid for canned food that will be refrigerated

(prescription medications must be in prescribed pharmacy bottle).
